A draft development brief has been published to help guide the development of new industrial land at Broadway Farm in Halesworth. Please take this opportunity to give your views on the draft plans.
Land was allocated for industrial use at Broadway Farm in the Site Specific Allocations document earlier this year, and the draft development brief provides further guidance on how the land should be developed. The Council expects to adopt the development brief later in the year. Following this the Council will be expecting planning applications from developers on the site.
