| T and C Nixon | 05 Mar 2010 | Site Specific Allocations Proposed Submission (Final Draft) Lowestoft Area LOW7 - Gunton Park, off Old Lane, Lowestoft PolicyLOW7
While the final draft contains some improvements the proposals for the development of the Rugby Club grounds are inappropriate and flawed for many reasons.

| Sustrans | 05 Mar 2010 | Site Specific Allocations Proposed Submission (Final Draft) Lowestoft Area LOW11 - Part of Oakes Farm, Off Beccles Road, Carlton Colville Pol LOW11
Site LOW11 is an important site and has great potential to provide a very important link to address a problem section of the National Cycle Network> A new cycle route is needed from Chapel Road to Wood Lane.

| Sustrans | 05 Mar 2010 | Site Specific Allocations Proposed Submission (Final Draft) Halesworth Area HAL4 - Dairy Farm at Saxons Way, Halesworth PolicyHAL4
Site HAL4 requires good cycle and pedestrian provision THROUGH the site. Sustrans owns land in this area with the aim of developing a good route for the National Cycle Network south of the town centre in Halesworth.

| Mr Leigh Davis | 10 Mar 2010 | Site Specific Allocations Proposed Submission (Final Draft) Bungay Area BUN5 - Land off Wingfield Street, Bungay PolicyBUN5
I own 21 St Johns Road which includes the track to site BUN5. The track is not a public right of way and I do not wish it to become so. I would've appreciated being consulted before these proposed plans were made public.

| Dominic Belisario | 11 Mar 2010 | Site Specific Allocations Proposed Submission (Final Draft) Bungay Area BUN1 - Land to west of A144, St John's Road, Bungay BUN1
The building of an industrial estate here will mean additional traffic through Bungay. A site should be chosen that will be close to the town's future eastern/southern bypass. A cheaper option would be to site an estate on the existing Earsham/Bungay bypass on the South Norfolk side. This option has not been investigated by this planning authorities. This highlight the fact that they have not considered the soco-economic and geographic patterns of the local communities.

| Jetspark Ltd, c/o Lanpro Services Ltd | 11 Mar 2010 | Site Specific Allocations Proposed Submission (Final Draft) Bungay Area BUN5 - Land off Wingfield Street, Bungay PolicyBUN5
I have now had a chance to review the content of the emerging Proposed Submission (Final Draft) Site Specific Allocations DPD on behalf of my client and conclude that emerging Policy BUN5 within the Plan is not Sound. This is because emerging Policy BUN5 is neither justified nor effective as it seeks to deliver development that by definition (as agriculture) cannot be controlled.

| John Adams | 11 Mar 2010 | Site Specific Allocations Proposed Submission (Final Draft) Bungay Area Bun Area
As I understand from your core strategy document the town of Bungay is to have little retail development. The development will come from reuse of current premises. Beccles is to have the retail development for the local area.
There will be extra housing to cater for the increase in expected general population.

| Mr Stephen Tait | 15 Mar 2010 | Site Specific Allocations Proposed Submission (Final Draft) Beccles Area BEC4 - Land south of Nicholson Drive, Beccles 3.51
Three parking spaces? How many allotments? How has this been arrived at as a suitable figure?
